1. Eligibility & Registration Criteria

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age (for females) or 21 years of age (for males) to register and seek matrimonial alliances.
• Marital Intent: Our platform is intended exclusively for individuals genuinely seeking lawful marriage alliances. Non-matrimonial usage is strictly prohibited.
• Authentic Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and verifiable information regarding your identity, education, profession, family background, and marital status.

2. Account Security & Verification

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Ladli Matrimony reserves the right to perform background checks, document validations, and in-person home visits to verify member authenticity. Any account containing fraudulent or misleading details will be suspended immediately without refund.

3. Membership Plans & Relationship Services

• Assigned Officers: Premium & Elite subscribers will be provided dedicated Relationship Managers (RM) to facilitate handpicked introductions.
• Service Validity: Membership duration and proposal counts are governed by the specific package selected during subscription.
• Fee Structure: All registration and membership fees paid to Ladli Matrimony are non-refundable once service onboarding has commenced.

4. Code of Conduct & Member Interaction

Members agree to maintain dignified, respectful communication with other members and bureau staff. Misbehavior, harassment, financial solicitation, or sharing inappropriate content will lead to permanent account termination and legal action where necessary.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
